Vintage Rostfrei Stainless Steel Poultry Scissor Bone Cutter Locking Italy

Part of an estate auction and not an item I can use due to a poultry allergy in the family.  Sheers appear in great condition, with one smooth blade and one serrated blade and a locking mechanism on handles. Heavier weight and feel heavy duty and well-made.  Hinge point shows a small ring of rust and overall scratches and dings that you'd expect from storing and using stainless steel kitchen utensils.  I hand washed these in hot, soapy water, but didn't take time to work on the rust ring around the center hinge point.  If you make a lot of chicken, duck or turkey, these will definitely come in handy.
