The Active electronics allow you to have a full equalizer. from jazz sound to heavy metal, these do everything.. Also The neck thru body allows for an amazing sustain. This was the top of the line in the Musician series... There is a changed input . The input is a Stratocaster style input. there was some wood removed to change this. but all electronics are working...Great bass, very high quality...
