Shun 2-Piece Shears Set

This 2-piece set of shears includes the Shun Premier Kitchen Shears and Shun Herb Shears. The kitchen shears will come in handy for a variety of kitchen tasks, like opening food packaging and mincing herbs. Use the notched blade to cut flower stems and thin poultry bones. The blades come apart for easy cleaning too. The herb shears are designed for handling delicate herbs. The blades are sharpened to a 16-degree angle for a fine cutting edge that won't bruise herbs. Use the notched blade to cut stems and strip leaves.
Shun Premium Kitchen Shears are made from high-carbon, molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel with elastomer grips. Carbon offers strength and durability, and vanadium and molybdenum provide corrosion and impact resistance. Shun Herb Shears are made from Japanese 402J2 stainless steel with elastomer grips, suitable for both right- and left-handed use. The blades come apart for easy cleaning.
