  • Condition: This rotary screw compressor was a work horse for our entire campus until the electronic side of the variable speed failed. Originally thought it was the ABB motor and completely had it rebuilt only to find out the electronics failed. We ended in purchasing a new 75 HP screw.

    Description

    Gardner Denver VS300EGE753, serial # B000723: 75 HP variable speed screw air compressor with 42,500 hours.   Note that the electronic end of the variable speed is not operational (needs repair or possibly rewire for direct drive).     6 new drive belts installed at 42,071 hours, rebuilt ABB electric motor at 42,500 hours.   Air end is in good condition.
    This unit is no longer under power as we have replaced it.    This requires 460V/3 phase power.
