Offered for auction is an original photo picturing Australian Tennis Player Rod Laver inscribed to Irv Kaze. Irv Kaze was a longtime sports executive and broadcaster.
During his career, he served in media relations where he worked for George Steinbrenner of the Yankees, Al Davis of the Oakland and Los Angeles Raiders, Gene Autry of the Los Angeles Angels and Branch Rickey of the Pittsburgh Pirates (where he helped develop the save rule for relief pitchers). For 18 months he was commissioner of the Continental Basketball Association. He later became a well-known sports talk radio host.
