Fine quality natural moderately orange pink tourmaline from Nigeria. Gem weighs 2.00 carats, measures 8.1x7.2x5 in a nicely proportioned commercial Thai classic mixed cut oval, and has light nondistracting colorless inclusions. Color is medium toned and moderately saturated, showing best under natural lighting; there is a strong color shift to a very attractive, pinkish orange color in artificial light.  The black is a reflection from the camera body, and does not exist in the actual stone.  The three hand shots, in order, are indirect natural light, LED and fluorescent.
