Hello again from MusicianAtHeart. We are happy to offer our 43mm VARIABLE HEIGHT BONE nut for Taylor.  This nut length is used on many Taylor guitars.  And Bone is a wonderful nut material -
tough, beautiful and acoustically excellent

Bone adds a rich, mellow tone to your playing.  Far superior to the dull thud of a plastic nut.
Our "variable height" concept is simple.  We include 2 polished Brass Shims with each nut ordered.  If the nut is resting too low for your tastes, simply insert one or both .015" shims and you're in business.

nut is hand ground and sanded from solid bone and round-slotted for perfect string placement. All hand-made in our shop to fit your guitar. 1 11/16" long, 3/16" thick, 3/8" tall.
