Have you ever wondered what metal the Liberty Bell is made of?  What material any "real" bell is made of? Usually BRASS. And why is that material used? Because it "rings"!  Because its perfect for converting mechanical energy into acoustic energy. That's why many professional guitarists use brass guitar nuts. It has a noticeable improvement on sustain and tone.  A huge improvement over the cheap stock plastic nuts supplied with most guitars.
Our nut is hand ground and sanded from musical brass with the "flat bottom" to fit your nut slot. Round-slotted for perfect string placement.  All hand-made - no machines.  Very attractive brushed surface finish.  Fits any Strat or Tele style guitar and many others which use the 1 5/8" nut length  - 1/8" thick, 3/16" tall, 1 5/8" long.
