    Original Pickups!
Someone has pointed out a detail we missed. Thank you for that!
The pickups currently in this bass are not original.
    However after a little searching,
the owner of this Instrument, Jane, has located the original pickups.
Yes, the original pickups were found and will be included with this beautiful specimen.
Her Late Husband did not throw anything away, especially a set of Alembic Pickups.
These were most likely swapped because of RF, and other digital noise. Its the original pickups!

What to say, it’s an Alembic. The iconic brand from the 70`s. Full function electronics. Great sound spectrum and wonderful playability. Comes from a Grammy Nominated Musician. This instrument was over 40 years a part of a nice collection.  When putting on this bass to play at 10 LBS 5 Oz it feels lightweight~!!
