    This is for the C hooks only, not the sign hanger.
    Typically there is a clip used around the ceiling tile grid, that will allow for a flush fit, and the clip extends down slightly to place the c-hook in.
    These are new hooks, but sometimes the metal looks a little tarnished, see pictures.
