Made with hi quality, subzero cold crack marine grade vinyl.
Top vinyl(where you sit) is made with a hi quality multi stretch extreme subzero cold crack marine vinyl. No one offers these options and in color!(Red NON SLIP NO LONGER AVAILABLE).
There is a padded liner for the top and lumbar section to help hide imperfections in your foam and add extra comfort and improved fit.  This also helps make the installation a lot easier. See installation instructions below in the rest of this listing.
All of our seat covers are made to order, here in Michigan. Made to OEM fit.
    You can s
ee the quality of the fit and finish in the photo. EVERY seat cover we make has been tested, fitted and proven on an OEM seat assembly.  We show you pics of our seat covers installed because we are proud of our quality.
    Special Installation tips:
There is a piece of vinyl that goes through the center of the seat in the lumbar section to pull that seam in tight. Same as the OEM. The OEMs actually glued that section down first, then glued the top rear trunk section on top of that. We have made that piece in the 4 way stretch so you can pull it easier where you need to. We suggest using a bit of spray adhesive to help tack that down first. 3M 77, 88 or 90 works very well.
Also, to help improve your installation, use a bit of spray adhesive to mold the lumbar section to the seat. The lumbar section is the piece that rises up from the main seating section that your back rests against. Pull and form that section around pressing the cover into those corners. Let the glue dry. Use a bit more adhesive to the top section as you pull and stretch. Put a couple of staples in the front. Now work the back trunk section to smooth out wrinkles and put a couple of staples in the back rear corner. The rest goes pretty easy from there. For any remaining wrinkles you can use a fabric steamer(walmart about ) or hair dryer. Fabric steamer works best as it helps the foam and skin form to each other. Use caution. A lot of older seats were installed from the factory with a combination of heat and adhesive. You can always have a local upholstery shop install it for you if you are not sure.
DO NOT USE ANY LONGER THAN 1/4" staples for the front lip of the seat. There is a line molded into the front seat pan that is a bit thicker than the rest, this is where the staples are meant to be installed. If you do not follow those guidelines, you can put staples right through to the good side of your new seat cover.
Please send us a note after the purchase to let us know what colors you would like to expedite your order.
Seat covers are made to order. We generally do not stock covers as the customer can order any color combination they want. Please allow 2-5 business days to complete your order. This does not include shipping times. After Labor Day we experience extremely high order volumes, so please plan ahead when placing your order. We do not place any orders ahead of another customer. During the Holidays, please allow extra time to get your seat cover due to production and shipping delays we experience at those times. In off season, Easter through July 4th, we ship once a week.
    RETURN POLICY:
Please read the return policy in detail prior to purchase.
We warranty our products to be free of defect and of good quality. If there is an issue with the order on our end, we will make it right no matter where we ship to.You have 7 days from time of receipt to contact us about a quality defect. We make every effort to take care of our customers.
We do not offer returns based on customer making incorrect choices on color, ordered wrong seat cover, inability to install, sold sled or it died, no longer want, dog ate it, etc.
We only cover our mistakes, not yours.
Once the seat cover has been installed, it cannot be returned. Please dry fit the cover to be sure it is the correct model for your sled.
We make every effort to try to list the models the seat cover will fit. In some cases we may not have all models listed and may have to look it up for you, so feel free to ask any and all questions prior to purchase to ensure fit. If the listing says it will fit ONLY these XXX models, that means it only fits those models and nothing else.
Installation. Unless specified with special instructions, most seat covers are installed by removing your stock seat cover and installing the new one using a staple gun. For most Arctic Cats, you will need to use the existing lumbar seam rod(metal rod that goes in the lumbar seam where the straps are attached to the seat) and the U shaped rod that holds the straps through the foam from your old seat. Those are no supplied. A fabric steamer(hand held ones work fine and are available at Walmart or other department stores for under ) work very well to help remove the remaining wrinkles. You can also use a hair dryer carefully on low heat. Some seat covers or seat mod kits may require the use of 3M 90 Spray(Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Joannes Fabric, and other hardware stores) adhesive to assist in the installation. We will usually notate in the listing any special instructions needed if applicable. To save on trees and waste, we do not include instructions with the shipment.
Most seats do not come with tail light holes cut out. Because these patterns may fit multiple models that had a tail light mounted on the tunnel, we do not cut them out and leave that for you to complete. This is the case with most Arctic Cat, Polaris and Yamaha seats. Most Skidoo seats have a recessed tail light pocket and that is included as part of the pattern. Please feel free to ask any questions we will help out where we can.
We are constantly working on adding new models to our line up. Please visit our Ebay store to see our listings. If you do not see what you need, please ask and we will assist you.
Please do not use a knife to open the box when you receive the cover, to avoid damage to the vinyl.
